Exceptional
It was very wonderful stay, we really had a great time, and we also enjoyed the view and the luxury in every corner. There was only one problem that they did not let us swim in the pool because we wear hijab and borkini !!!!

The best option in Gammart
Everything was great. Especially the front desk guy, Hamdy. He was really supportive and welcoming. That's the good impression I got. The restaurant team, Mr. Khalid and the others, were great as well.
The hotel does not have special rate for big international companies.

Great hotel, great rooms, great service, great breakast but bad restaurants.
The hotel was really really nice and the employees were very service-minded.
I didnt like that it was so hard to explain stuff to the employees. Most couldnt understand english. The restaurants inside the hotel were extremely expensive and the food options are limited on the menu. The dish I got didnt taste good.
